As of September 2023, LeadMe Edu has reached end of life and will no longer be updated. It is still available from the Google Play Store and can be used to launch content to student devices, however support and compatibility is limited to the documentation contained within this knowledge database.

File transfer is an experimental feature and can be temperamental.

File transfer requires the leader and the learner that they are sending the file to be on the same network. This can be an issue when the WiFi network has multiple subnetworks. This can be confirmed via your local ICT department.
