How to update your Learner or Teacher device

The following article provides general guidance on how to update your Lumination Learner and Teacher devices included in Hand-held VR/AR Education Kits.

1. Open your phone’s Settings app.
2. Enter the Swipe Code that is included in your Lumination Onboard Pack.

   2. Or you can submit an IT ticket via our Help and Support page.
3. Near the bottom, tap About phone, then Android version.
4. Find your “Android version,” “Android security update,” and “Build number.”
5. Open your device’s Settings app.
6. Tap Security & privacy.
7. Check for an update:
   • To check if a security update is available, tap Google Security Checkup.
   • To check if a Google Play system update is available, tap Updates then Google Play system update.
8. Follow any steps on the screen.
