LeadMe Software Allowlist

Table of Contents
Overview

The following article lists the executable programs that will need to be added to a network’s allowlist in order to run the LeadMe programs for a Lumination Learning Lab.

On each station and the NUC, two programs need to be allowlisted in order for LeadMe to function.

Stations

Launcher

The launcher software launches the Station software and is needed for start up and configuration of a lab station. The executable is normally located at:

C:\Users\{UserDirectory}\Launcher\leadme.exe

The executable name may be slightly different based on the version you have installed, but it should be the only executable in the Launcher folder.

Station Software

The station software manages everything for the station to function. The executable is normally located at:

C:\Users\{UserDirectory}\AppData\Roaming\leadme_apps\Station\Station.exe

NUC

Launcher

The launcher software launches the NUC software and is needed for start up and configuration of a lab station. The executable is normally located at:

C:\Users\{UserDirectory}\Launcher\leadme.exe

The executable name may be slightly different based on the version you have installed, but it should be the only executable in the Launcher folder.

NUC Software

The NUC  software manages everything for the NUC to function. The executable is normally located at:

C:\Users\{UserDirectory}\AppData\Roaming\leadme_apps\NUC\NUC.exe

IMPORTANT: Please also see LeadMe Labs Network Requirements and ensure that the domains listed there are allowlisted and other requirements are met.
