Considerations

Confirm all of the required domains are whitelisted, and that all devices are up-to-date and connected to the internet.

Current (v1.22 onwards)

1. Confirm that all of the required domains are whitelisted on the network (see Table 1 below).
2. Ensure all devices are connected to the internet.
3. Double check that all of the phones are updated. If any of them aren’t updated, they won’t be able to connect across versions.
4. Once updated, restart the devices.
5. If this still doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling LeadMe Edu and restarting the devices again (sometimes a fresh install can fix underlying issues).

Note: If you’re connected to a restricted network, it may be preventing the devices from communicating. If so, you may need to connect devices to a less restricted network, or via a Google router or similar, rather than directly with the restricted Wi-Fi network.

Legacy (v1.21 and earlier)

1. Confirm that all of the required domains and ports are whitelisted on the network (see Table 2 below).
2. Ensure all of the phones are on the same Wi-Fi network.
   1. They won’t be able to discover the other devices if they are on a different network.
   2. The connection is based on all of the phones having the same public IP address.
3. Double check that all of the phones are updated. If any of them aren’t updated, they won’t be able to connect across versions.
4. Once updated, restart the devices.
5. If this still doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling LeadMe Edu and restarting the devices again (sometimes a fresh install can fix underlying issues).
