AW1 – Operating the Lumination Lab

Note: When completing this course, participants should spend time in their Lab to build confidence in setting it up, exploring relevant IMVR experiences, and navigating the LeadMe tablet in person.
Course Content
Module objectives:
- Identify all required equipment to set up the Lumination Lab.
- Use the LeadMe wall tablet to get the lab ready for a lesson.
- Properly set up the headsets and controllers for each station.
- Verify that all stations are ready for student use.
Module objectives:
- Navigate the LeadMe tablet interface confidently.
- Launch an IMVR experience to all stations simultaneously.
- Launch experiences for individual stations as needed.
- Monitor the status of each VR station during a session.

- Follow the step-by-step process to switch off the lab.
- Safely shut down headsets and controllers.
- Charge headsets and controllers properly.
- Ensure all equipment is stored securely.

- Identify all dashboard controls on the LeadMe tablet.
- Use advanced library functions to manage content.
- Control individual room functions through room controls.
- Access the help page and log support tickets.
- Maximise the full capabilities of the LeadMe tablet.
